2. Pricing, Quotes & Payments
How does your pricing work?
To maintain full transparency, prices displayed on our service pages cover fixed initial design packages (e.g., preliminary spatial analysis, 3D visual drafting, and color/material mood boards).
How do I receive a complete project quote?
For custom multi-room or full-scale residential and commercial projects:
- Complete and submit our online project inquiry form with your floor plans and structural requirements.
- Our design team will evaluate your project scope and issue a formal itemized proposal via email.
- Production commences once the agreed service order is confirmed by both parties.
What payment methods do you accept?
All online payments and invoices are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your financial information is encrypted end-to-end in strict compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.
3. Digital Delivery & Turnaround
How will I receive my custom design deliverables?
Once completed, your high-resolution digital design files, floor plans, and 3D visual renders will be delivered directly from our team (decoration@kickassproductsp.com) to your registered client email address or provided via a private, secure cloud repository link.
Will I receive a physical tracking number?
No. Because our services are entirely virtual and digital, no physical postal shipping, tracking numbers, or logistics documents are generated.
How long does a custom design project take?
Standard initial design concepts and draft layouts are delivered within 3 to 7 business days following service order confirmation and receipt of your complete room measurements and brief.
4. EU Consumer Rights & Cancellation Policy
What is the cancellation policy for European customers?
Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, statutory 14-day cancellation rights do not apply to contracts for goods or services made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
What happens when digital service execution begins?
By submitting your design specifications and completing your service order, you explicitly request immediate performance of our custom design work. You expressly acknowledge and agree that as soon as digital service execution or file transmission has commenced upon your request, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for personalized digital deliverables.
Can I request an order cancellation or refund?
If you submit a cancellation request in writing before our design team has initiated work on your project (within 24 hours of purchase), your service payment will be 100% fully refunded to your original payment card via Stripe. Each standard package also includes up to two (2) complimentary revision rounds to ensure complete design alignment.
